Obsess much...

... guess what I caught myself doing... you can just faintly make it out... you might need to click and blow up the photo, but I'm calculating what pace I need to run for Saturday's 5K in order to set a new PR.  Yes, the calculation is on the shower wall written in the steam.  Nice, eh?  I have problems.

Wednesday is normally my day off, but I went ahead and met a friend at the gym and got in a very short 2 mile run and then walked for 1.5 miles.  Easy workout... felt good.

I plan to review a couple of products this Saturday at my 5K... so hopefully I'll have a giveaway ready to open right after... keep your eyes peeled.

That's hilarious! So sounds like something Jesse would do. Thanks for that, now I know he isn't the only crazy one!

I'm running a 5k on Saturday too, and totally want to PR as well. Fingers crossed for both of us!

haha, nice! That's too funny! I usually dont do anything like that in the shower, of course we have a curtain so its kinda hard to write pace times on a curtain ;)

Again! You NERD! LOL. What does your pace have to be for the 5k?

Jenn - I have to be below 9:20 which is super fast for me... you know I push 11 min/miles.

Holy Moley Lesley!!! That is fast. Maybe I will re-think running with you....

Yep, when I PR'd, I was running with my nephew... and did not want to have to explain to his father (my brother) that I lost him along the course. I literally couldn't breath when I finished and had drool hanging out my mouth and streaked across my face. It's supposed to be warm and humid Saturday morning, so beating it is probably out of the question, but I might try. We'll see... you'd be surprised how hard you can push for 3 when you've gotten in those long runs...
