And besides the aching in my right knee and hip, the only annoying injury I got was a totally ridiculous sunburn on my shoulders.

Because I Know You are Waiting...
I finished the 20 miles. I kept to a reasonable pace. And I got a medal.

Nice! Too funny - only in Texas could you get a sunburn while running in November. Well, I suppose Hawaii, maybe... ;)
Congrats Lesley! You are a rockstar with all of these races right before the marathon. Congrats on more bling and a great time. Hopefully your hip and knee are not following suit with mine... althought this weekend I got to about mile 18 before the killer pain started in on me.
